The space sector requires a careful choice of materials, high-quality standards at every stage of processing and strict quality control. Components for radio-frequency chains are just some of the parts the company makes.

From the beginning, Andalò Gianni has supplied components for plants in this sector, making tools, molds and prototypes.

It produces prototypes and small series in a wide range of materials, metals, alloys, ceramics and new materials, supporting the customer in feasibility studies and fine-tuning individual projects.

In the optical sector, Andalò Gianni has gained significant experience in the production of zerodur, alumina and silicon carbide mirrors for terrestrial and orbital astronomical observation. Components are manufactured for the eyewear industry and for night-vision goggles.

The company has many years of experience in food processing. Precision mechanical components for the food industry range from mould making to pasta drawing.

Andalò Gianni has been working in this field since the early 1980s, first in the nuclear sector and then, in collaboration with leading companies in the sector, producing test specimens of materials for energy testing.
